What You Earn

When shopping at TRYANO, Etihad Guest members earn 1 Etihad Guest mile for every AED 3 spent. With over 250 designer brands, a top floor dedicated to children and a new Parisian restaurant, you can shop your heart out with all the extra miles at TRYANO.

Accessing Your Rewards

To obtain these rewards, Etihad Guest Members need to register their Etihad Guest Card at TRYANO. To collect Etihad Guest present your mobile phone to our staff pre-purchase.

If you forgot to leave your details at the store or your miles have not been received, contact TRYANO within three months of your purchase at [800-TRYANO].

You may also be asked to provide the following information:

• Your full name (as stated on your Etihad Guest account)
• Etihad Guest membership number
• Date of your purchase
• Receipt number
• Amount on the receipt

Terms and Conditions

Etihad Guest members need to register their Etihad Guest membership number to earn Etihad Guest Miles on all purchases.
Etihad Guest Miles cannot be earned on Gift Card purchases.
Cannot be combined with any other loyalty program or sales offer. Certain restrictions may apply.
Miles can take up to 6 weeks to reflect in the members account.
Members earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile per AED 3 spent.
Mileage accrual is only possible for purchases of merchandise at TRYANO at Yas Mall.

If your miles have not been credited to your account, contact TRYANO Call Center within three months of your purchase at 800 TRYANO. Keep all your original receipts and you will be asked to provide the following information:
