When can I expect delivery of my order?
Tryano will send emails for every update during the processing of your order to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please check the table below to know about the approximate delivery time.

Fragrances & nail polish: Please note, due to airline regulations, all orders containing fragrances and nail polish will take 6-7 days to be delivered.
Cash on Delivery: All COD orders will will take 5- 6 days to be delivered.
Fashion Orders: All fashion orders ( clothing, bags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories) will be delivered within 2 days from the date of order.
Beauty Orders: Please note, due to airline regulations, all orders containing fragrances and nail polish will take 5- 6 days to be delivered.
Cash On Delivery (COD): All COD orders will take 6-7 days to be delivered.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, items purchased can NOT be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, all online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. For all deliveries, please remember to present your government issued photo ID and provide your full name and phone number at the time of receipt. Please note that our courier service may refuse to deliver your order if your government issued photo ID is not presented.
What if I missed the delivery of my order?

How can I track my order?
Tryano will send emails for every update during processing of your order to keep you informed of the status of your purchase.
Orders are delivered by our Courier Partners. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been dispatched, which will allow you to track delivery your order.
We are happy to assist you and manage all your requests for return and/or exchange.
Kindly contact Chalhoub Group Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800 879 266 (UAE); 800 301 0006 (KSA) with your requests. Please mention your name, order number, and contact telephone number so that we can get in touch with you as soon as possible.
General conditions are applicable to returns in order to qualify for a refund - All items (including promotional gift items accompanying the order) must be returned to us within 30 days from the day you receive your items.
- Refunds for purchases made using debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) will be issued to the same card that was used to make the purchase.
- If you purchased using PayPal or chose Cash On Delivery as your payment method then, you will receive refund amount as coupon code to redeem against online order.
- If you purchased using guest checkout you will need to create an account on Tryano.com so that we can issue your refund coupon code. Coupon code can only be used on Tryano.com and NOT at Tryano Stores.
- Purchases made using more than one payment method such as credit card and eGift card will be returned in form of an eGift Card or store credit only.
Please note the original shipping charges and custom fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
