Do I need to set up an account?

You do not need an account to shop at Tryano. However, you will be able to enjoy a whole host of additional benefits if you register with us such as:

  • Tracking your orders and reviewing past purchases
  • Requesting a return directly from your account
  • Adding the products to your Wish List including sold out items
  • Previewing new collections and receiving emails on our latest news and New In items
  • Saving your address and card details for a faster shopping experience when you visit us next time

How do I search a specific item?

Using the search bar on the top of the page, you will be able to search by brand, product name and description.

You can also browse through the various departments available on the website and use our dynamic filters to find products you may liike.

Will my personal information will be confidential?

We take data protection very seriously here at Tryano. Information you provide to us via our Website is stored on secure servers.

Any payment transactions carried out through our Website will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. Your card details and passwords are not available to any of our employees.

However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any Website passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential.

We do share information with carefully selected third parties but we take care in doing so. For full details on how we handle data, please read our Privacy Policy.

How will I know if an item is out of stock?

IF an item is Sold Out it will not be available on Tryano.com or if a particular size is not available then the size will be grayed out as it is not in stock.

In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

Are gift cards available?

Currently we do not offer Gift Cards. However, we are developing this service so check in regularly for further updates online or with our guest services team.

When does Tryano go on sale?

Please create an account with us to receive email updates and to be notified of sale dates and further reductions.

I have a problem logging into my Tryano account?

If you are a registered user and forget your password, click on "forgot password" and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it. For any other technical difficulties, please contact our guest service team here

How do I opt in or out of Tryano communications?

If you are a registered account holder you can Manage your Communication preferences by logging in and going to “My account” and then “Newsletter subscription”.

How can I update my account?

If you are a registered user, please sign-in and you can access your account details by clicking on your name in the top right hand side of the page. Once you have accessed your 'account', you can go to 'account information' to update your details. To go to My Account, click here

How do I make a purchase?

It couldn’t be easier to make a purchase with Tryano. Browse the site via the labeled categories. Womens, Mens, Kids and Beauty. Each department is divided into categories (e.g. Bags, Shoes etc). Browse the website or search for the item you are looking for and we'll display the results.

Click on your desired item, select the size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the page.

When you are ready to place your order, visit your Shopping Bag and select Proceed to Checkout. Follow the simple prompts to complete the checkout process. For further help or technical issues, please contact our guest services team here

What Payment method does Tryano accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal

Cash on delivery payments on orders up to 14,000 AED are also available for the UAE and Saudi Arabia. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

Where Does Tryano ship?

Tryano ships to most countries in the world. 

Deliveries to the UAE are free of charge. 

Any costs associated with shipping the item to countries other than the UAE will be clearly displayed to you on the shipping page of checkout. 

How will I know if Tryano received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been received.

However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. If paying by payment card, your order will only be accepted once your card details payment have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items are located and shipped.

In the event of a problem however, you will quickly be informed and your payment will not be processed.

For all cash on delivery orders, a courtesy call will be made to confirm your address and telephone number. Your items will then be dispatched.

I have not received my order. What do I do?

How do I change my delivery address or the delivery date?

Our Guest Services team will be happy to assist you with changing your preferred delivery date and address.

Please contact them from 10 am-10 pm on our UAE Toll free number 80079266 or email address Guestservices.Tryano@Tryano.com If, however you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.

Am I able to place an order via telephone?

Yes, this option is currently available - Simply contact us here or call our UAE toll free number 80079266 from 10am-10pm with the details of the items you wish to order. 

How I can track my order?

A tracking number will be provided by email. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order at the link provided. Alternatively you can contact the Guest Services team from 10am-10pm on our UAE toll free number 80079266 or email address Guestservices.Tryano@Tryano.com to get more information about your order.

Does Tryano offers a repair services?

Are prices excluding costs for duties and Tax?

Yes, all retail prices are inclusive of duties and tax when shipped to UAE.

Shipments worldwide may be liable for import duties and taxes imposed by the country of import. 

What should I do if my item was faulty or damaged?

We pride ourselves on the highest quality, luxury product at Tryano. So, if your product is damaged or has a fault, we want to know about it. Please contact the guest services team here and we'll do our best to help. 

Can I collect my order in-store ?

You can order online and collect your order in Tryano store in Yas Mall Abu Dhabi. Your order will be on hold only 48hours after your online purchase.

How I can track my order?

For orders being delivered to the UAE, you will receive an SMS about the delivery of your order. From there you'll be able to confirm the delivery location and track your order.  

For orders outside of the UAE, a tracking number will be provided by Email. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order using the link provided.

How do I change my delivery address or the delivery date?

What do I do if I missed the delivery of my order?

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery or were not at the delivery address when delivery was attempted, please contact our guest service team here

How much is the cost of shipping?

Tryano offers Free Shipping Worldwide. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order within the UAE. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately, items purchased can NOT be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Is my package insured and will I need to sign for it on arrival?

Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception. A signature will be required on arrival however someone can sign on your behalf if you are unavailable.

As per the Abu Dhabi Government directive's exchanges and returns are not allowed during this time and until further notice.

Submit An Online Return Request

With your shipment you’ll find easy-to-follow return instructions. To submit a request a return, please follow the steps provided outlined here.

  • Log into your account by clicking on ‘Sign in’ located on the top right corner on Tryano.com.
  • Under the ‘My Orders’ tab, select ‘view’ to expand the order on which you would like to request a return.
  • Request a return by clicking on the ‘'Return'’ button.
  • The request once received will be inspected and processed by Tryano Guest Services
  • Our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a pick-up time and location so you can return your item. Once received, the returned item will be checked and approved for return.
  • You will be notified by email once the return has been processed.

Please note your return must meet these conditions.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30 day returns policy. Items must be unworn or unused and must be in a fully re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate exchange requests. If exchange requests are not possible, we do offer full refunds.

  • Refunds for purchases made using debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or PayPal will be issued to the same card that was used to make the purchase.
  • If you purchased using chose Cash On Delivery as your payment method then, you will be issued with Online Store Credit for Tryano.com.

Certain items may not be returned, for instance, items that have been personalized for you, any toiletries, and refurbished items. You can read our full returns policy here.

What are your condition for returning items?

If returning an item, please ensure it meets these conditions.

Tryano.com will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund when returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original invoice.

All products must be returned unused, with all related accessories (such as designer tags, instruction booklets etc.) if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging.

Additionally, please retain all documentation and packaging in order to return your order. All returns must be shipped back in the Tryano packaging in which your original order was delivered.

Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns for the following item types, if the original packaging has been opened or tampered. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

  • Beauty, skincare, cosmetics and haircare products that have been opened, removed from their original packaging or had their outer plastic packaging removed.
  • Shoes should be tried on a clean and carpeted surface before wear. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Items that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Tryano.com reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Tryano’s sole discretion.

The Free return service is only available for all online purchases shipped within the UAE.

When Will You Process My Return?

Merchandise returned to Tryano.com will be processed within 5 business days (1 week) of receipt of the returned item. Depending on your financial institution, please allow additional days for the refund to post to your account.

Can I submit a return request on Tryano.com?

Can I return my item for free?

Subject to meeting the conditions outlined below that it is important for you to read, Tryano is proud to offer a free returns policy for the UAE which allows you to return items purchased and delivered to you within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Free returns for other countries are subject to approval.

Refunds based on your payment method.

  • Refunds for purchases made using debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) will be issued to the same card that was used to make the purchase.
  • If you purchased using PayPal or chose Cash On Delivery as your payment method then, you will be issued with Online Store Credit for Tryano.com.
  • If you purchased using guest checkout you will need to create an account on Tryano.com so that we can issue you the relevant Online Store Credit. Online Store Credit can only be used on Tryano.com and NOT at the Tryano Store in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi.
  • Purchases made using more than one payment method such as credit card and eGift card will be returned in form of an eGift Card or store credit only.

Please note the original shipping charges and custom fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Can I return an item that I bought online at Tryano.com to the Tryano store in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Purchases made online may be returned or exchanged at the Tryano store located in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, UAE.

How do I exchange an item with Tryano.com?

Where possible, Tryano will try to accomodte any return requests. Please can contact our Guest Services team from 10am-10pm on our UAE toll free number 80079266 or contact us here.

Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

Gift items can only be returned with a refund given to the purchaser of the gift. The above is without prejudice to any rights you may have to return defective products.
